General Information and RV Park Rules
Park Rules

DJ’s Peanut Patch RV Park is private property. We reserve the right select our clientele and visitors
- All campers/ guests must register.
- Speed limit is 10 mph. Exit in direction of site to avoid park equipment or landscaping damage.
- A maximum of four (4) persons can occupy a site. Extra guests are subject to $5.00/day fee. Campers are responsible for their guests the entire time they are in the park.
- A maximum of 2 vehicles, in addition to the unit, are allowed on each site.
- No vehicles are allowed to park on the grass.
- Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street rights-of-way.
- No vehicles may be repaired on a site. No oil changing.
- Washing of vehicles is prohibited.
- Extra charge for outside appliances. No charging of electric vehicles.
- No nuisance, noxious or offensive behavior is allowed.
- Pets are welcome when leashed and quiet. Do not leave them unattended and please clean up after them. Aggressive or barking dogs will not be tolerated.
- Sewer connections must be made using a secure, leak-proof adapter.
- Garbage must be deposited in the dumpster. ONLY household trash in dumpsters.
- No rugs on grassy areas.
- Swimming pools are prohibited.
- Clotheslines are not permitted.
- Nothing will be built on the campsite. All unauthorized structures will be removed without notice.
- There shall be no vendor activity conducted on any site.
- No ATV’s
- Golf carts and motorcycles must be operated by a licensed driver.
- Radios/tv’s and other electronic equipment volume must be as not to disturb neighbors.
- No generators allowed.
- If you have after hours utility problems, call park management. DO NOT WORK ON IT YOURSELF.
- Our sites are angled to make parking easy. Under no circumstances are campers allowed to back into an angled campsite from the wrong direction.
- NO FIREWORKS. We are in the air space for helicopter training maneuvers.
- Quiet time is 10pm to 6am.
- NO REFUNDS
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel service.
- ANY DAMAGE INCURRED TO ANY CAMPGROUND FACILITIES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RESPONSIBLE CAMPER’S CREDIT CARD.
Management assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss due to theft, fire, accidents, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, falling trees or electrical failure – so please be careful.
We are not on city sewer lines. We have our own septic system. It is imperative that you put nothing down your toilets or sinks but disposable tissue paper, normal waste and water. This means: No Kotex, Tampax or Sanitary Napkins, No Paper Towels or Kleenex, No Disposable Diapers of any kind. These items will not dissolve in our lines.
